The services of Construction Management, depending on the client needs, could be for a Flat Fee where the contractors have a contractual bond directly with the client but managed by the Project Management firm (MV S.A.) or as a Construction Management at Risk model where the client only contracts with MV S.A. and MV S.A. in turn contracts with each subcontractor. This second alternative greatly facilitates the operation of the client and reduces unnecessary internal administrative costs related to contract management, billing and other accounting issues.

INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

This service is utilized to inspect and verify the completion of quality standards (public projects or prívate sector projects) throughout the duration of the project. The service may be employed for the entire project or used only in distinct phases or particular instances during the project. As in the Audit Services, MV S.A. acts on behalf of the client to perform inspections of third party providers.
